AUTO CLAVE (automatic / semi automatic / manual)

 Construction: - Construction of double walled, The Exterior is made of Stainless Steel sheet of 304 Quality grade steel along with Top dome shape lid. Interior made of Stainless steel of 304 / 316 Quality grade steel,

Inner Construction: - A flush fitting insulated leak proof Silicon rubber Gasket will be provided on top of the inner chamber for perfect sealing of the lid for avoid leakage

Lid construction: - The top lid will construct in 6/8mm dome shape hydraulic pressed & Heater cover will be provided of 20 SWG lifting arrangement will be provided to lift the lid smoothly

Heating: - Long lasting tubular Industrial heater will be provided.

Control Panel: - The Auto clave will be fully control by the means of Microprocessor based P.I.D Digital temperature Indicator Cum Controller of a reputed company make which will carry calibration certificate along with switch & the indicators, & the temperature will sense with the help of A class PT100 type sensor for accurate reading the solenoid valve will also be controlled by the controller itself for purging and end cycle.(This features is meant for automatic Model)

Accuracy: - 1⁰ C Accuracy

Temperature Range:- The autoclave range will be 121⁰ C that comes to 15 PSI pressure & will works on 230V 50 Hz

Calibration & Validation: - We will provide the calibration certificate of the controller with trace ability of the Indian governments approved agency & in house Documents

Control Features: - The Controller is user friendly and can set the Require temp along with the timer the controller is having low water Level Cutoff sensing system so to protect heater if the water level goes below the Heater and the Buzzer system will work for the End Cycle system

Foot Lifting System: - We provide foot lifting system for big Autoclave that can reduce the Hazel free operation in opening the heavy lid by hands just press the paddle and the lid will be lifted and then you can move it conveniently.

NOTE

Semi-automatic Autoclave

Autoclave will not equip with the controller and will not have features of low water level cutoff and purging system 

The autoclave will have self-safety valve for safety if the temperature increase above 15 PSI and the user has to shut off the Unit and calculate the time how much they require for the sterilization time   

Below Given Optional Accessories are for Fully Automatic Autoclave along with 21CFR         Software
