Double walled construction highly insulated between the two walls by high quality glass wool. Interior of 18 Gauge Argon welded stainless steel, Exterior of M.S / G.I duly powder coated finish fully insulated door with sturdy brass S.S Hinges with spring ball type latch & inner Flexi glass door to see through the condition of the inner chamber with out disturbing the cycle as per mentioned in IS -101. The chamber will consist with circulation fan as per mentioned in Indian standard book the unit will consist of 6 trays each tray will have 8 slots for keeping panels the cyclic type Temperature Controller will control the temperature of the chamber from 420 C to 480 C & back to 420 C in not less then 45 minutes & not more then 75 Minutes as mentioned in Indian Standard book
